INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVAL-COMPETITION „BALTIC AMBER PALANGA“ LIVE AND VIRTUALLY 2025-02-8 LITHUANIA

Event planning center „Terra Astrum“ presents virtually & live dance festival – contest „BALTIC AMBER PALANGA 2025“ in Palanga arena (Sporto 3, Palanga, Lithuania) February 10. I part starts at 11.00 II part starts at 14.00

GOALS 1. Create conditions for dance groups from different countries and cities to perform. 2. Promote dancers and their leaders’ cooperation. 3. Search for new forms of expression. 4. Pursue that dancers would feel the movement, creation, performance, and self–expression joy. 5. Share experience and pay attention to higher performance levels. 6. To introduce the dance as one of the ways to encourage a healthy lifestyle and leisurely spending time.

PARTICIPANTS Dance groups for kid, children, youth, and adults (modern, classic, folk, fashion, entertainment, street, line, tap dance, etc.). Participants are divided into age groups: I. Kid (2-6 yr.) II. Junior (7-10 yr.) III. Teen (11-16 yr.) IV. Youth (16-25yr.) V. Adults (from 26 yr. and older)

REQUIREMENTS (LIVE or VIRTUALLY) 1. Every group presents their one or two dances for each group (one dance duration till 5 minutes). 2. This is a dance competition for dance groups, not solo dancers. The minimum number of dancers is 5 dancers per dance. 3. Dance video should be sent by www.wetrasfer.com or Youtube link sent till 2025 February 6. Video requirements: (Stage Videos) can be from another competition or any stage performance (Studio Videos) can be recorded on any camera or phone at your studio or another big space.

4. Participation fee: Live: 14 eu./person/per dance or 18 eu./person/two dances. Virtually - 9 eur. /person/per dance,

The fee includes participation in the dance festival, medals and diplomas for every participant, trophy for the group leader and shipment of the prizes for virtual participants.
